What's the reason behind our name, you ask? Well, at Atlas BBQ we don't want to be limited to one region or style of barbeque. It seems every country and culture has some form of barbeque and we want to explore them all!

 

We offer all the local favorites from Texas, Kansas, Memphis, and the Carolinas, but you can also expect to see some BBQ dishes from Asia, South America, and the Middle East.

Executive Chef

Michael Strand. Chef Strand is a graduate from the Pittsburgh Culinary Institute and has honed his culinary talent throught South Eastern Wisconsin. More notable restaurants Chef Strand has worked in include the The Grand Geneva Resort, Mason Street Grill, Hotel Metro, Harbour House, Mikeys and Potawatomi Bingo Casino Solstice Lounge.

Smokers

Our Ole Hickory smokers, known as "Jake and Elwood" were named by an Atlas BBQ fan in a Facebook competition. Owner Michael Tsuchihashi declared those as the winning names not only for his love
of the Blues Brothers music and movie,
but because Atlas BBQ is located in Paramount Plaza in downtown Grafton – home of the Paramount Records!
